I Thought I Was the Only Person With These Weird Arm Bumps

For most of my life, I thought I was uniquely cursed with weird little bumps on the backs of my arms.

You know the ones:

  • Tiny rough bumps on the tricep area
  • Feels like permanent goosebumps
  • Kind of sandpapery
  • Impossible to fully moisturize away

I’ve had them since I was a teenager and honestly just assumed:

“Well… I guess this is my skin now.”

Then one day I learned they actually have a name:

Keratosis Pilaris.
Or as normal people call it: KP bumps.

Turns out they’re incredibly common and completely harmless.

Which was comforting.

But still annoying.

Especially because apparently my elbows had also evolved into medieval-grade sandpaper.

At one point my wife brushed against my elbow in bed and recoiled like she touched a coral reef.

So I finally went searching for something that actually worked.

And somehow… this stuff completely fixed it.

It’s basically a gritty exfoliating cream you use in the shower. Kind of sandy feeling in the best possible way. I rub a little on my arms, shoulders, and elbows and it leaves my skin ridiculously smooth.

The bumps? Basically gone.
The elbows? Human again.
My marriage? Stabilized.

The craziest part is I genuinely thought I was alone in this until I started casually asking people about it and discovered HALF THE WORLD apparently has these weird little arm bumps.

Nobody talks about it.

We all just silently scratch our dinosaur elbows in private.

Anyway, if you’ve got KP bumps, rough upper arms, or elbows that could start a campfire through friction alone… this stuff is absolutely worth trying.
